Beliefs about the reservoir of Kausar:

It is obligatory on every Muslim to believe that Allah Almighty has given the Prophet ﷺ the water of Kauthar, from which he will water his slaves in the Hereafter. Is.

Will each prophet have a separate reservoir?

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There is a tank for every prophet and the prophets will boast among themselves as to whose tank has the most people, and I hope that my tank will have the most people. (Tirmidhi)

Who will be the first to come to Hauz-i Kausar?

Ibn Abi Asim narrated in Musnad from Hazrat Maula Ali Karam, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: And among my ummah those who love me will come.

There is a hadith: First of all, the poor emigrants will come to me. Hazrat Umar Farooq, may Allah be pleased with him, said: O Messenger of Allah, who are the poor emigrants? He said: Those with disheveled heads and dirty clothes who cannot marry rich women and for whom the doors of kings are not opened.

Which unlucky people will be removed from the reservoir of Kausar?

The Hadith of Muslim Sharif is in the Holy Quran: On the Day of Resurrection, my Ummah will be presented to me near this reservoir, the water of which is equal to the number of stars. Some of these people will be removed. Ga: O my Lord Almighty! These are my companions. Then Allah will say. You do not know what new religion they invented after you.

And according to Tabarani, it is in a hadith: The person who has disloyal to our covenant will not drink from this tank, nor will the person who killed someone from my Ahlul-Bayt drink.

Hazrat Imam Hasan (RA) says: Do not bear hatred (enmity) towards us, that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said: Whoever hates us and is jealous of us, he will be removed from the pool of Kausar on the Day of Resurrection with whips of fire. (Majam al-Awsat)

How is the reservoir of Kausar?

Muslim, Ahmad, Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah narrated on the authority of Hazrat Sayyiduna Thawban (RA): He (RA) says: I heard the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) say: The water in my reservoir is milk as much as the distance between Aden and Oman. It is whiter than honey and sweeter than honey and its fountains are equal to the number of stars in the heavens and whoever drinks from it will never be thirsty again.

Commentators of Hadith write: Aden and Amman are the names of two famous places. This statement is not mentioned to limit but to explain the breadth to the listener. That is why the names of different cities were taken in different hadiths. He was told the same city. Some commentators said that the pool of Kausar will be long in the eyes of some people, very long in the eyes of some, very long in the eyes of others, just like the spaciousness and extent of a believer's grave is different.

The channels of the Kausar reservoir

The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Two streams flow from Paradise into the reservoir, one of them is gold and the other is silver. (Muslim)

Length Width of Hauz-e-Kowsar:

The Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, "My reservoir is one month's distance." Its corners are equal. (Bukhari)

In other words, the length and width of the Kausar reservoir, which is my reservoir, is such that if one walks from one corner to another corner, a walker will reach there in a month. The pool of Kausar is square, the length and width are equal, and each of its corners is a right angle, not sharp or convex, but the depth is also the same everywhere, not that it is less deep on the edge and deeper in the middle.

How will Rasulullah ﷺ recognize the ummahs who come to the reservoir?

There is a hadith of Muslim Sharif and Ibn Majah: "Surely I will be driving people away from my tank like a person drives strange camels out of his tank." It was said: O Messenger of Allah, recognize us Will you? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Yes! Your mouth and hands and feet will be shining due to the effect of ablution and this shine will not be for anyone else but you.

Number of people irrigated from the Kausar reservoir

Ahmad and Hakim narrated: "On the Day of Resurrection, those who will be presented to me near the reservoir, you are not even one part of these one hundred thousand parts. In this hadith, there is a reference to the abundance of the Prophet's Ummah."

Narrated by Ibn Hibban and Tabarani: "This Ummah will rush to the reservoir like camels rush to the reservoir when they are brought to drink water on the fifth day."

Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam himself would also drink from the cistern of Kausar:

Mawardi and others narrated: I will drink from my tank on the Day of Resurrection.

Some characteristics of the people who come to the reservoir:

Al-Tirmidhi and Al-Hakim narrated on the authority of Ka’b bin Ujra (RA) that: The Holy Prophet (SAW) came to the Companions (A.S.) and said: “Surely there will be princes after me, so whoever entered them confirmed their lies and they If he helped them in their oppression, he is not from me and I am not from him. And whoever did not enter into them and did not help them in their oppression and confirmed their lies, then he is from me. And I am from him. And he will come to the reservoir.

Benefit: Imam al-Qurtubi (may Allah have mercy on him) quoted the scholars as saying: Apostates and evil-doers will be stopped from the pool, such as Rafizi and the oppressor who has exceeded the limit in oppression and is a public sinner. Then Muslims. To prevent him from coming to the water tank will be under some circumstances, and a Muslim guilty of a major sin will drink from this water tank, then when he enters hell because of his sins, there will not be the punishment of thirst on him there.

Is the Kausar reservoir before or after the Sarat bridge?

There are several sayings about this: Hazrat Imam Ibrahim bin Muhammad Bajauri (may Allah have mercy on him) says: The opinion of the people is that the Kausar reservoir will be before the Sirat bridge. Some have corrected it because when people come out of their graves thirsty, they will be brought to the reservoir to drink water. According to some scholars, the Kausar reservoir will be after the bridge of Sirat. Allama Suyuti stated this. It can also be applied that some people will drink from the reservoir before crossing the bridge and some will be watered from the reservoir after crossing the bridge because of their sins so that they will be cleansed of their sins by crossing the bridge. Then drink from the tank. This saying is more powerful. (Al-Badur al-Safra).

Will the pool of Kausar be on the same land?

The reservoir of Kausar will not be on the same level of the earth, but the reservoir will be on the changed earth which Allah will change on the Day of Judgment, that earth will be as white as silver, blood will never have been shed on it and no one will have been wronged. .

Blessed be the one who brings the cup of water of Kausar:

حضرت حسن بصریرحمۃ اللہ علیہ فرماتے ہیں کہ جو شخص حَوضِ کوثر سے بھرا پیالہ پینا چاہے وہ یہ ددرود شریف پڑھے : اَللّٰہُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلٰی اٰلِہٖ وَاَصْحَابِہٖ وَاَوْلَادِہٖ وَاَزْوَاجِہٖ وَذُرِّیّٰتِہٖ وَاَھْلِ بَیْتِہٖ وَاَصْھَارِہٖ وَاَنْصَارِہٖ وَاَشْیَاعِہٖ وَمُحِبِّیْہِ وَاُمَّتِہٖ وَعَلَیْنَا مَعَھُمْ اَجْمَعِیْنَ یَااَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ (الشفاء بتعریف حقوق المصطفی ﷺ)
